Did you make your domain mail(info@xxx-23.com)? If not then make domain mail then connect to your yahoo or gmail to recieve the mails or you can also check mail from cpanel. Then go to your shopify dashboard setting check for Store Details. There you have to change the email with your domain mail. Please watch a tutorial video from youtube it will be more easy.
