Muoti Clothing offers secure, tracked worldwide shipping on all orders placed Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank and national holidays. Shipping times begin once your order has been dispatched and you receive your shipping confirmation email.
Additional processing time may be required during peak periods or promotional events. All orders are inspected, authenticated, and packaged at our UK facility before dispatch.

If you are unavailable to receive your order, our delivery partner will attempt redelivery on the next working day. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to our Returns & Fulfilment Centre. A supplementary delivery fee may be applied for redelivery.
Please note: Our couriers cannot leave parcels in a safe place without a signature.
EU Delivery

Most EU deliveries are shipped DDP (Delivery Duties Paid). Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout and prepaid, meaning no additional charges should be requested upon delivery.
We cannot make changes to the shipping address once an order has been dispatched. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
International Delivery (Non EU)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees once the parcel arrives in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Duties, Taxes & Custom Information
EU Customers (Post-Brexit)
All orders to the EU are subject to the destination country’s VAT, duties, and customs regulations. Muoti Clothing ships most EU orders DDP, meaning these charges are added at checkout for a smooth delivery experience.
International Customers (Outside the UK/EU)
Orders may be subject to local duties and taxes upon arrival. These fees must be paid by the customer. Muoti Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Failure to Pay Customs Fees
If duties/taxes are refused and the parcel is returned to us:
Original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund
Any return charges imposed by the courier will also be deducted
Customs duties, taxes, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Delivery Tracking & Updates
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your courier and tracking number. Please monitor your tracking to ensure delivery is not missed.

Our couriers will normally make two delivery attempts.
If both attempts are unsuccessful:
The parcel may be returned to our Returns & Fulfilment Centre

Easy Returns
For unused items in original packaging, you have 30 days from delivery to arrange a return. Products are inspected upon arrival.
